Designs:
While some of our clients have obtained plans before contacting
us, most utilize the design services we offer. Our Project
Designer received his education at New York’s Pratt
Institute and uses the most up-to-date architectural software
available. We will design your project in both standard and
3D formats, making the drawings and designs much easier to
read and understand. While many designers charge thousands
of dollars for these services, Houston Structural does not. There is
no design fee. Rather, a non-refundable deposit on the cost
of construction is used to get the design/build process underway.
This savings will usually allow for extras or upgraded materials.
For example, you may use the savings to select upgraded appliances
or granite counter tops. This is our way of saying "Thank
You" for selecting Houston Structural.
